The 5th XI asked Amersham to bat and made early inroads, with Finn Mitchell involved as the hosts slipped to 21-3. Sulaiman Tariq Khan's 54 then gave Amersham the innings they needed.
Binfield still finished the innings well. Bennett's 4-44 included the wickets of Khan, Shamoon Chaudhary, Ragveer Brar and Dawood Khan, while Ollie Holden added 2-33 and Mitchell returned 2-24 from eight overs.
The reply never quite found the partnership to make 170 feel reachable. Paul Edgington's 19 was the top score and Ralph Weeks ended unbeaten on 14 from six balls, but Amersham had enough breakthroughs to take the points.
