Scores: Binfield 292-7 from 45 overs; Reading 121 all out from 32.5 overs.


Binfield won the toss at Sonning Lane and chose to bat, turning that decision into a commanding 292-7. Andy Mills was the centrepiece with 110 from 102 balls, and Matt Humphrey's 54 helped build the key partnership after an early wicket.


The card kept delivering after that. Harry Jones made 44, Jaden Slaughter added 31, and Binfield had enough runs to ask Reading for something special in reply.


Reading never found that long anchor. Matt Hayman's 3-28 and Bryn Davies' 3-36 kept the innings breaking apart, James Roxburgh-Smith added 2-13, and Slaughter closed it with 1-5 from five balls.
