Matthew Potter has become the new Binfield 5th XI Captain for the 2024 season.

Potter, who has played 45 senior games for the club, will take charge of the 5s in their first league season.

Potter said: "I am very excited about the opportunity at this amazing club."

"I hope we can enjoy our cricket, with a mixture of youth and experience."
