Colin is the longest-serving member of the club, having been associated with Binfield CC for 48 years.
He is a powerful left-handed batsman known for his destructive hitting, which has earned him a reputation as one of the most prolific run-scorers in the club's history.
He’s also a talented wicketkeeper with lightning reflexes, and he still holds the record for the most dismissals in a season in the Berkshire league.
Off the field, Colin has been at the centre of every major project undertaken by the club, and his contribution to the development of the junior section has been invaluable.
He was made an honorary life member in 2006 and remains committed to the cause, having served as the club's first-ever 3rd XI captain when the team was formed in 2016.
Colin retired from playing in 2017 but still supports and watches all the teams at the ground.
