Binfield Cricket Club is situated near the town
of Bracknell, England (UK), in the beautiful rolling countryside
of the Royal County of Berkshire. The club is one of the focal
points of a thriving village community, and operates two league
teams on a Saturday, and a friendly side on a Sunday. The
league teams play in the Chilterns league in and around the
counties of Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, where the standard
is good, and the quality of most of the grounds exceptional.
Binfield
possesses one of the best batting tracks in Berkshire, and
has hosted a number of Berkshire League representative matches
in the past. The (hopeful!) addition of a new pavilion in
the near future will surely make it one of the best and most
picturesque cricket settings in the south of England.
As
ever we are looking for new members and sponsors. If you fancy
getting your willow out why not drop us a line. We cater for
everyone, from beer-swilling social players to ultra-competitive
league players to enthusiastic youngsters. Whatever your standard,
we'd be delighted to hear from you.
